Durga, the divine mother in Hindu religion, is represented as a woman with a lion, with numerous arms holding various weapons. It stands for creative power, renewal, perseverance and struggle. She has both the power of creation and the power of destruction. Immersed in an orderly, feminine, almost lunar-like universe, she harmoniously envelops the goddess, magnificently enthroned at the center of the composition, around which numerous lotus flowers take shape, a symbol of resilience, a plant that manages to survive even in adversity conditions flourish that remind us that nothing is lost in life and that even in times of trouble, the capacity for rebirth and renewal must prevail.
