The third release in the Mucha series, Rose
Having been completed by Alphonse Mucha in 1898, the original water color was made as a personification of the rose flower. The piece depicts a beautiful woman with roses adorning her upswept hair. Delicately holding a full bloomed rose in each of her hands, the woman stares serenely straight ahead. The naturalistic background of flowering rose vines surrounds the woman.
